Where to find support and help for the Infer platform.

  1. Docs and FAQ: First port of call should be these pages. The Get Started pages takes you through the functionality through illustrative examples. The Reference pages provides more specific information about the Infer syntax and language or system setup and support.
  2. In-Product Chat: Use Intercom to chat with us in real-time. You will find the chat box in the bottom right corner within the product. The chat is staffed during working hours.
  3. Email: If you cannot access the chat, or you prefer not to, you can drop us an email on ([email protected]).
  4. Relationship Manager (for Enterprise customers only): If you are an Enterprise customer you can always contact your Relationship Manager for any questions, queries or requests.
